It’s the month of “ani-May,” and so we continue our monthly anime-live-action-adaptation reviews with this doozy from 1995. It’s an exercise in how not to take a promising property and realize it in the flesh. This straight to home-video "film" is so bad, the state of Alabama just passed legislation against it.
